Your personal data can also be transferred, within the limits of the purposes mentioned, to the following countries :

Retention period. We would like to inform that, in accordance to the principles of lawfulness, purpose limitation and data minimisation, by virtue of Article 5 of the GPDR, the personal data retention period is the following :

EU Reg. 2016/679: Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 - Rights of the data Subject
1. The data subject shall have the right to obtain confirmation of the existence (or not) of personal data about him/her, even if not yet registered, communication of such data in an intelligible form and the possibility to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
2. The data subject has the right to be informed :

b. the purpose and method of treatment ;

d. the identification details of the owner, controllers and appointed representative shall be in accordance with Article 5 (2) ;
e. persons or categories of persons to whom personal data may be communicated and who may become acquainted with them as designed representatives in the territory of the State, managers or appointees.
3. The data subject shall have the right to obtain :
a. updating, correcting or, if necessary, supplementing the data ;
b. the deletion, transformation into an anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data whose retention is not necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or subsequently processed. The data retention is not necessary with regard to the purposes for which the data were collected or further processed.
c. certification that the operations referred to in points (a) and (b) have been made known, including their content, of the persons to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, unless this is impossible or involves the use of means. The persons to whom the data have been communicated or diffused have to be informed, unless this is impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort.
