Information on the processing of personal data ex art. 13-14 EU Reg. 2016/679

GL events Italia s.p.a. as the controller of your personal data processing, in accordance with and for the purposes of the EU regulations 2016/679 hereinafter "GPDR", informs you hereby that the aforementioned legislation foresees the protection of the data subjects as it concerns the processing of their personal data and this processing will be based on principles of fairness, lawfulness, legality, transparency and protection of your privacy and rights.
Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the legal provisions of the legislation aforementioned and to the resulting confidentiality obligations. Your personal data may also, with your consent, be used for the following purposes :
For marketing and advertising purposes.
The provision of data is optional for you in which concerns aforementioned purposes, and your refusal to provide such data doesn't affect the continuation of the relationship or the adequacy of the processing.
Processing method. Your personal data may be processed according to the following terms :
by entrusting processing operations to third parties : processing by means of electric computers.
All the processing is carried out in compliance with the modalities provided for in Articles 6 and 32 of the GPDR and adopting appropriate security measures. Your data will be processed only by staff expressly authorised by the processing controller and, in peculiar, by the following categories of employees :
Marketing department.
Distribution : your personal data will not be distributed under any circumstances.
Your personal data may also be processed, within the limit of the purposes aforementioned, in the following countries :

Retention period. We would like to inform you that, in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, purpose, limitation and minimisation of data, by virtue of the article 5 of the GPDR, the retention period of your personal data is as follows :
establish for a period not exceeding that of the performance of the service provided ;
establish for a period not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which they are collected and processed and in compliance with the mandatory deadlines prescribed by law.

You have the right to obtain from the controller the erasure (right to be forgotten), limitation, updating, rectification, portability, opposition to the processing of your personal data, as well as, in general, you can exerce all the rights provided for the articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 of the GPDR.

EU Reg. 2016/679 : articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 - Data subject rights
1. The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence (or not) of personal data concerning it, even if they are not yet registered, their communication in an intelligible form and the possibility of lodging a complaint with the supervisory authority.
2. The data subject has the right to be informed :
a. the origin of personal data ;
b. the purposes and modalities of the processing ;
c. the logic applied in processing with electronic instruments ;
d. the identification data of the owner, managers and representatives designated in accordance to the article 5 (2) ;
e. persons or categories of persons to whom the personal data can be communicated and who may have access to it as a designated representative in the territory of the country, responsible or mandated persons.
3. The data subject has the right to obtain :
a. updating rectification or, if necessary, additional data ;
b. the erasure, anonymisation or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data whose retention isn't necessary. Data retention is necessary with regard to the purposes for which the data were collected or further processed ;
c. points (a) and (b) have been brought to the knowledge, including their content, of the persons to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, unless this proves impossible or involves the use of means. To the persons to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, unless this proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort, in relation to the resources deployed, with regard to the protected right ;
d. data portability.
4. The data subject has the right to oppose, in whole or in part :
a. for legitimate reasons related to the personal data processing concerning it, even if it's concerns the collection process ;
b. the personal data processing for the purpose of sending advertising material or direct marketing for market research, commercial communication.
