GL Events Italia S.p.A. has received a number of reports concerning communications relating to the insertion and updating of data in specialized trade fair guides. These requests would involve updating your company's master data while citing the exhibition and GL Events Italia S.p.A. and, at the same time, you are asked to pay a fee.

This communication of ours is not intended to question the professional seriousness of companies that manage the listing and updating of data, but only and exclusively to remind all of you that the data entry in the Official Catalog and on the Event Site is already included in the Registration Fee, and that GL Events Italia S.p.A. has never provided third parties with the data you have provided, having no business or other relationship with companies of the kind mentioned above.
